  i was at the store and i saw this young black girl.

  i swear she had to be 13-14. she was preg!

  in the UK it was commonplace for teenage girls to get pregnant--then they could get a local authority house to live in. in most case the sperm donor was still around--but didnt live with the girl and baby ( ies). this was because housing benefits meant the girl lived rent free--which could well be taken away if the father moved in--and had a job.

  in some neighbourhoods its common to see these teenages wandering around pushing prams ( strollers ? ) with tracksuited male youth in tow. terminally unemployable.

  Mill Hill - Chelmsford, reduced capacity, any news on Chelmsford plan revision

  chelmsford looks to have much less work than in mill hill complex, if gb spirit guided why did they allow massive plans for new site when such significant changes must have been in discussion, planning , or contemplation.

  knee jerk reaction to things looks to indicate someone or more on gb has instituted changes almost overnight.

  my dog plans his day better, get up, walk, sleep, eat, walk some more, eat some more, and sleep again.

  Deny it all as a fake?

  Admit it happened shrug shoulders and ignore it?

  Admit it happened and offer an apology on behalf of Morris? Fat chance of that.

  Or do absolutely nothing?

  i think top shelf tony is highly appropriate...in the UK "top shelf" magazines was a euphemism for soft porn mags. ( so i heard )
